Rachael is a mother to two young children and though she is now lucky enough to work from home, she did return to the workplace after her first child and knows the importance, as a parent, of having high quality childcare available.
She is currently the secretary of Totaravale Playcentre and really enjoys taking an active lead role playing alongside children and seeing them develop and learn new skills. As part of this process, she is working towards gaining the Playcentre Diploma in Early Childhood and Adult Education.
Before becoming a mum, Rachael worked in a variety of senior advisory roles in the public sector, where she developed excellent organisational and customer service skills.
