Julia was absolutely fantastic. We have a two year old boy and weren't sure how he would react to a complete stranger. It was an afternoon/evening booking for a wedding so Julia had to play with him, get his dinner ready and go through his bedtime routine which is quite a lot for a first meeting. Julia turned up with a big box of trains and cars so was an instant hit - our son didn't even bat an eyelid when we left! Julia also sent us text and pxt updates to my mobile to let me know how things were going which was great. I would not hesitate to book Julia again if we are ever back in the Hawkes Bay and highly recommend to all.

My husband and I have recently moved to Havelock North from Auckland with our two children, and as we know nobody, contacted Rockmybaby to help us with a babysitter. Natasha is now our regular babysitter, and she is just fantastic! She is very warm, genuine and looks after the children as if they were her own. Whilst out, she contacted me by text to let me know that all was well. Natasha was fantastic! She was like a breath of fresh air and the children absolutely loved her. I was a bit anxious leaving our 2 year old as she has never had a babysitter before but Natasha had everything under control and kept in touch letting me know how Mia was and when the children were tucked up in bed fast asleep.The childrens clothes were folded and the house left immaculately! I would thoroughly recommend Natasha to anyone wanting a babysitter. .

I very rarely complete feedback but just have to say that we had the most amazing sitter (Julia) through this service. She looked after our two pre-school boys whilst we attended a wedding. The boys loved her instantly. She bought awesome age appropriate toys with her, sent us regular texts and photos throughout the day and evening so we could see for ourselves how happy the boys were. We arrived home later than agreed to a relaxed babysitter, two sleeping kids and a tidy motel!! Julia definitely exceeded our high expectations and is an awesome ambassador for Rockmybaby.
