Feedback:
You will be asked to provide constructive feedback and comments on the jobs you complete and the clients.
The feedback sought is your opinion on matters that are relevant to each specific job and client and is not malicious or defamatory comments. Remember the client is entitled to see what is being said about them.
RMB regards legitimate feedback subjects include (but are not limited to):
- The reliability of the client; did the client accurately describe the job (e.g. number of children and hours etc) - did they return home on time?
- Did the client pay the agreed amount and on time?
- Were the premises suitable (i.e. was there any problem with an unfenced pool for example)?
- Did you feel unsafe for any reason?
Please contact RMB directly and without delay if you have any safety concerns about the job or the client; remember your safety is paramount.
The feedback is intended to provide your opinion about the client and their premises to fellow sitters and RMB presuming the client may use RMB again. RMB encourages positive feedback where appropriate as well as negative if you feel it is necessary. Remember all feedback you provide is your opinion only and not that of RMB.
