Ursula Maidens is the founding and managing director of the Rockmybaby® Group.

She has been working in the childcare industry for the past 22 years, in both early childhood and nannying.

Being a working mum of three children, Ursula understands the challenges of balancing career with family life.

Combining her online marketing skills, business savvy and a passion to grow a first-class service, Ursula set out to provide all families with the ability to book a sitter or request a nanny at a time suitable to them.
She continues to work closely with all franchisees and consultants, inspiring and motivating them to deliver the best.

Ursula lives in Havelock North, New Zealand, where you will find the Rockmybaby global headquarters. To get her work/life balance right, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You will often find her cooking up a storm, out in the garden or reading a book.
